Taylor's Story
She Knows What It Feels Like to Be Completely Shut Down.
Taylor's self-development and healing journey started with trauma. At 16, a boating accident left her with PTSD, chronic anxiety, panic attacks, and flashbacks that followed her for years. More trauma came in her 20s, and she buried it, not realising she was quietly building a dysregulated nervous system.
Three years ago, her daughter became critically ill. After years already living in a state of fight-or-flight, this was enough to completely shut her down. "I remember feeling like my spirit left my body. I had completely dissociated from myself."
That moment became the turning point. For the sake of her children, Taylor began prioritising her own health through movement and breathwork and discovered the power she had always held in her own body. She trained to become a certified breathwork facilitator and Pilates instructor and packed up her family to move from Melbourne to the Gold Coast for a completely new life.
Now she holds that same space for you. Teaching people how to move their body, breathe with intention, and finally regulate their nervous system — from the inside out.
Taylor's approach is grounded in nervous system science but delivered with warmth, authenticity, and the kind of safety that only comes from someone who has done their own deep work. She doesn't teach theory — she teaches from lived experience.
Taylor runs regular sessions across the Gold Coast and Melbourne and is passionate about making breathwork accessible, whether you're a complete beginner or someone who's been on a wellness journey for years.
